2) You will receive a booking confirmation and invoice for the final balance which must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. Failure to pay on time can mean loss of deposit and cancellation of trip.
3) To conform to EEC Tour Operator guidelines all payments made are deposited in a Client Holiday Trust Account prepared by an appointed Trustee. This is for your protection and is required by law for all clients'

4) You travel on these trips at your own risk and on the understanding that the organisers are not liable whatsoever for any injuries to you, fatal or otherwise, or any damage/ loss of any of your belongings, however caused.
5) Trip details, dates and/or price may change owing to hotel or operational requirements, event changes or unforeseen events out of our control, i.e. swimming pool or restaurant closure, currency fluctuation, industrial action, civil unrest, etc. We reserve the right to make these changes.
6) Force Majeur: We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays to your journey or ferry crossing, however caused. In case of any delays, you are responsible for providing your own meals, accommodation or alternative travel arrangements. In cases where the party gets split up you are solely responsible for making your own way to the destination. If the ZiTours escort is unable to begin or complete the tour due to illness, mechanical breakdown or accident and you have to continue the tour without the ZiTours escort you will receive £50 per bike discount.
7) If a trip is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

9) If you are unable to travel you may be able to transfer your booking to

10) You are advised to take out Holiday Insurance which should include
Cancellation/Abandonment and Health Cover, and make sure it covers motorcycle travel abroad and cancellation caused by industrial action (many companies don't cover this). You should have a current EHIC Card, which can be applied for at the Dept of Health web-site, and provides some basic medical cover across the EU.

11) Your vehicle must have a current MOT and Insurance and conform to EEC regulations. Please make sure your vehicle is insured for European

12) If you choose to follow a tour leader it is your responsibility to ride safely and within the speed limits, even if the tour leader doesn't always adhere to them.. All routes and mileages are suggested only and do not take into account detours, blockages, etc. The ZiTours escort may vary the actual route used at his or her discretion.
